STAGE 1 4L80E TRANSMISSION
The Stage 1 4L80E is built for heavy duty towing, street/strip, and drag racing vehicles producing up to 750 horsepower / 750 foot pounds of torque, OR 1200 OR 1200 horsepower/1000 foot pounds of torque if you add our CUSTOM 36 ELEMENT OVERSIZE SPRAG AND DRUM ASSEMBLY ($399.00).
STAGE 2 4L80E TRANSMISSION
The Stage 2 TH400 is built for EXTREME DUTY PRO STREET and DRAG RACE vehicles producing up to 1500 horsepower /1500 foot pounds of torque. Every weak link is replaced with our custom machined E4340 steel billet internal components.

The Stage 1 GM4L80E is built for heavy duty towing, street/strip, and drag racing vehicles producing up to 750 horsepower/750 foot pounds of torque,OR 1200 OR 1200 horsepower/1000 foot pounds of torque if you add our CUSTOM 36 ELEMENT OVERSIZE SPRAG AND DRUM ASSEMBLY ($399.00). Each transmission is professionally assembled and given a thorough road test in our test vehicle to ensure performance and quality prior to shipping. COMPETITION COMPONENTS
Heavy duty direct drum with 34 element sprag and spiral retaining ring. Heavy duty intermediate clutch snap ring. Rollerized forward clutch hub and output shaft. New factory pan and high flow filter.
CLUTCH AND BAND UPGRADES
6 forward, 6 direct, and 4 intermediate clutches. New front and rear bands.
HYDRAULIC UPGRADES
Increased line and lubrication pressures. Solid Teflon sealing rings installed on the pump and center support. Special direct clutch case seals and dual feed direct clutch triples clutch apply pressure.Performance steel line boost valve. Custom calibrated valve body with all new solenoids.
