2004R Competition Components

Alto wide intermediate band for extreme duty 200C and 2004R applications. Oversized band increases apply footprint. This may be the last batch of these bands ever  available. Limited quantity.

This specially processed component is a must for extreme duty 2004R applications. OEM output shaft is treated to a proprietary nitrocarburized case hardening process which increases its fatigue strength for a major improvement in component durability. Eliminates/reduces the twisting and wear common at the splined interface between the shaft  and output yoke.

This high quality precision part is CNC machined to exacting tolerances from heat treated steel billet material that will not fracture. Updates the stock 7 vane rotor to a 13 vane design for smoother pump output over an extended rpm range. Made in the U.S.A.

This heat treated replacement sun gear shell eliminates spline and fatigue failures common with all 2004R transmissions. It should be considered a must on all rebuilds.

Increased line pressure, servo piston apply ratio, and engine power output can quickly fail the OEM band anchor pin in short order resulting in slipping or loss of second gear. This upgraded component is fully CNC machined from heat treated steel billet material that will not fail when subjected to extreme loading conditions.
