A late design OEM output ring gear flange, manufactured from improved material, is treated to a proprietary nitrocarburized case hardening process, increasing its fatigue strength and wear resistance for a major improvement in component performance and durability. Eliminates/reduces the twisting and wear common at the splined interface between the flange and output shaft. Case hardened outside diameter reduces/eliminates bushing journal wear; a major problem area associated with this component.

A late design OEM reaction shaft is treated to a proprietary nitrocarburized case hardening process, increasing its fatigue strength and wear resistance for a major improvement in component performance and durability. Eliminates/reduces the twisting and wear common at the splined interface between the shaft and rear planetary carrier. The roller bearing assembly reduces internal friction. Reduced friction equals lower operating temperature, improved power transmission and  increased rear wheel horsepower. Enlarged lube holes increase planetary gear train lube oil volume. Assembled with new bushings.
