An excellent addition for all heavy duty and high performance build ups. The center support is bored out and fitted with an oversize billet aluminum intermediate clutch piston, which increases the clutch pack application/clamping force by 500 pounds. The end results are firmer 1-2 upshifts and a huge increase in intermediate clutch pack capacity. Fits all 1991 to 1996 models.
The center support is assembled with new clutch piston seals, 12 new intermediate clutch release springs, heavy duty retainer, and a new center support bushing. Recommended for use with 34 element intermediate sprag assembly.
